Synopsis

Innocent people are being brutally murdered by a uniformed police at New York’s streets. The young policeman Jack Forrest becomes the prime suspect after his wife murdered. At the same time as DCI Frank McCrae investigates the mysterious murders are rising death toll and he starts suspecting a mysterious rogue police.
